Caragh has worked in film and television publicity for 23 years and runs leading entertainment communications agency, Organic. As a publicist Caragh worked with almost every film distributor in the UK. Her credits include The Lord of the Rings Trilogy; The Twilight Saga and the Harry Potter Films and she has represented films at every major international film festivals. Caragh joined Organic in 2011, having spent the previous decade at Rogers & Cowan and DDA, and was promoted to Managing Director of Organic in 2016.  

Caragh has spearheaded Organic’s growth from a company of 12 to a multi-award-winning agency of 70 employees, with offices in London, LA and Sydney. Clients include production companies; film distributors; studios; film & TV festivals; sales agents; filmmakers; broadcasters and global streaming services. Aftersun; All Quiet on the Western Front; Andor; Barbie; Black Mirror; Bridgerton; Derry Girls; Edinburgh International TV Festival; Elemental; Elvis; Nolly; Oppenheimer; Peaky Blinders; Rye Lane; Sherwood; This Is Going to Hurt; Top Boy and The Witcher, are among Organic’s credits in the past year, as well as supporting 16 Days 16 Films and The Stephen Lawrence Day Foundation on a pro-bono basis.
